Sorry we haven't posted in a while...It took some time to come down after the ND win over Purdue (49-28). We're getting ready for this weekend; it's the "big game" against the No. 1 USC Trojans. It should be a pretty good game.
And speaking of the game, I've posted some pics of our family outing to see the Fightin' Irish.
I have also posted a pic of the wonderful hoodie-towel Uncle Phil and Aunt Jo Shirk sent us. Ryan loves it. Thanks, Shirk family!
Finally, Amy got a haircut today. She lopped off about 8 inches of hair, then had it straightened. It is the first time I have seen her with straight hair, and I have to admit that it looks pretty darn good. I've put a picture of it on here so all of you can enjoy!
In other news, it's time for mid-terms. On Thursday I'll take the exams for my Criminal Law, Contract Law, and Civil Procedure classes. It will be a three hour set following a full day of classes, but I take comfort in the fact that it is not graded. Our grades are strictly determined by the final, so these exams are simply a chance for me to see how the instructors ask questions and get an idea about the kind of answers they will want. Wish me luck!
Ryan has started sleeping longer, which of course makes Amy happy. He typically sleeps from about 10:30pm until around 5:30am. He has also learned how to roll over, which is the first big milestone. We're pretty proud.
Will write again soon,
Ryan, Amy, and Ryan Patrick

Glad to hear he's sleeping longer - that's wonderful news for all three of you. Aidan is good about night sleeping - he goes typically 3 or 4 hours at a time which is better than what we were told to expect. So we're pretty happy!
All three of you look great, Amy I hope your handling the single parenting well during the day. I've had some bad days but most of the time it's not so bad.
