We're Back!

Sorry it has been so long since the last post. We got a new camera and I am a little slow on the technology uptake. (But I think I've got it down now)

So what is new with us? Ryan Patrick cut his first tooth on the 23rd and started clapping out of the blue on the 24th. (He claps all the time now...while eating, changing his diaper, watching baby Einstein...pretty much, all the time) Ryan Patrick has also learned to take naps. It is amazing. He sleeps for about an hour and 45 minutes twice a day. This is a huge leap from maybe taking a couple of 30 minute naps. (Of course, this means mommy gets to take an extra nap during the day too, which makes for a much happier mommy) He is also army crawling everywhere. He is pretty quick too. He can't quite figure out that hands and knees thing yet, but it shouldn't be too long.

Ryan and I celebrated our third wedding anniversary (depending on which wedding you are going by) We had some chocolate covered strawberries and went out to dinner. Ryan bought himself an IPOD and I bought the dogs a "no more barking" thing. (we will see if it works) I got my own MP3 player as well. Overall, it was a nice anniversary.

Ryan is still loving law school. He is making headway in his job search for a summer internship. Right now, we are hoping for a job is OKC. That way Papi can see Ryan Patrick everyday and Nana and Papa John aren't too far away either. Oh yeah, and it is a great firm with many different areas of practice. Ryan would get a good taste of different kinds of law, which should help him figure out what he wants to be when he grows up.
