Hi everyone,
Not a whole lot new going on. Ryan Patrick got his first haircut. It was very traumatic. Ryan Patrick and I both threw a fit. Daddy loved it.... cause all that hair was covering his ears and other such nonsense.
Ryan is in the middle of finals, so he has been studying studying studying. But, the good news... in one week, he will no longer be a 1L. (Only two more years to go.) We will be heading down to Oklahoma City for Ryan's 6 week internship. Bob is nice enough to let us stay with him while we are there. (I think it is really just a ploy to spoil my child :) But hey, at least we have somewhere to live while we are there. Thanks Bob!!!
It is finally warm enough to go outside. Ryan Patrick has been enjoying many outings to the park and zoo. He loves it outside. We also started jogging (with my new jogging stroller that my boys got me for my birthday) He seems to like that as well.
My friend Laura flew up last week. She watched Ryan Patrick one night so Ryan and I could go out and celebrate my birthday. When we got home, she had cleaned the house. What a great friend. Ryan Patrick fell in love with her. He was constantly trying to hold her hand. It was very cute.
Ryan Patrick is hitting new milestones everyday. He can stand on his own for a good while. No steps as of yet, but he should be walking in no time. He started waving last week. Now, he waves at everyone. We think he did his first sign (baby sign). It is suppose to be EAT, where he puts his hand to his mouth. But I think that he thinks it means WANT or GIVE IT TO ME because he does the sign anytime I have anything he wants... food or otherwise. Oh well!
